R32 Golf : Increase Stowage Space Arm Rest

Willie's "new" R32 acquisition was installed with the CD Changer under the arm rest .  Upgraded to a RCD510 which has a built in CD changer so did not use the arm rest CD changer anymore.  He needed more stowage space in the vehicle.

He did the Arm Rest conversion to have more stowage space.

Golf 5 GTI Seat Belt Replacement

A customer had an issue with his GTI 2009 rear center seat belt !

Got the parts in from Germany and got it replaced today.  It was a major job to replace the belt ! Not as  simple as I initially thought.....

1. Remove the rear seat rest
2. Remove the leather trim
3. Remove the foam paddings
4. Remove the plastic trimmings
5. Remove the head rest plastic insert from the seat rest
6. .......then finally get to the seat belt assembly.

Would I do this again ? ...........I don't think so....very siong !
